Abstract

The case of a 55-year-old female patient is presented, during a videolaparoscopic hysterectomy, she presented urine inside the abdominal cavity. The urology unit is called for transoperative evaluation, identifying a complete section of the right ureter in the ureterovesical junction. An extravesical ureteral reimplant is performed during the same time, using the Lich Gregoir technique by the urology unit.
