Peer review process

  1. Manuscripts will be submitted online.
  2. An administrator verifies compliance with the instructions for the author, if the manuscript does not meet the requirements, it is returned to the author for compliance.
  3. When the manuscript meets the requirements, it is admitted to the arbitration process.
  4. The manuscript is sent to at least two reviewers outside the editorial board, for double-blind peer review, who choose one of the following options:
    • reject the manuscript
    • accept the manuscript without modifications
    • accept the manuscript with minor modifications
    • return to the author for major modifications, before being subjected to the process again
  5. The reviewer's decision is unappealable.
